A Work In Progress...my stash
So, I thought I would post a few pictures of my stash of stuff accumulating around here.
This first one is of the cabinet in the bathroom. It is way to full. I have pretty much ran out of room under there. I have toothpaste, pads and tampons, and shampoo and conditioner, among a lot of other stuff crammed under there. I try to straighten it up here and there, but every time I add something else to it, it's all messy again. So, if I can find a cabinet that will fit in the other corner, I will get it and use it for my stockpiling.
This is a picture of under the kitchen sink. It's a heck of a lotta more messy under there than in the bathroom. I believe there are 3 Febreeze Noticeables starter kits, 2 Glade spray, 5 other sprays, lots of Mr. Clean Magic Erasers, and other junk.
This shows dish detergent. There should be 5 Dawn total, and 2 Ajax. Glade Fabric and Air..I love this stuff. Lots of other random cleaners are under there as well.
So, right now I would say that mainly my stash is made up (have the most of:) toothpaste, pads/tampons, shampoo & conditioner, razors for Him, Dawn dish detergent, and air fresheners!!!

Eli's almost crawling!
So, since last Saturday, Eli has been getting up on all fours and trying to crawl. He will get up and then lean forward...
rinse, and repeat...
until he get's to whatever he's got his eye on. It is too cute!
Landon, well, he's just Landon. The boy who doesnt want to eat anything half the time. But, the dr's say it's normal.
CVS'ing is going good. I went on Monday. I have to go back today because I got a nail polish and it didnt give me my ECB's, I got home and realized I picked up the wrong one! poo!
Also, Eli has his 6 month checkup today at 2:15pm. It was actually supposed to be last Tuesday, but I totally had no idea! Oh well. He should be getting some shots, but I am not going to have to pay them an extra $100+ just to do it there. (Cost about $12 just for the checkup) So, I am going to go by the Health Department and get them.. The cost...about $10!!!! It's sad how dr's offices charge an arm and leg. They charge for the vaccine itself, and for the girls to give it...and that's worth $100+, yeah..um, NO! $10 sounds better to me!!!

September 11, 2001...I was sitting in Spanish class at DHS....
At one point I was told there was a bomb threat at the college my mom taught at, but ended up there wasn't. That was a bad day...and 5 days later I had to put my prescious Jewels to sleep. She had kidney failure and I couldnt stand to see her suffer.

My Coupon Book
Here's a few pix I just took of my coupon book. It isn't great and I am already needing something bigger. Well I don't want anything bigger, per se, just maybe fatter/thicker. Click on the pictures to biggify them...
Outside: Front
In the front I have my CVS and Wags slots for ECB's, cvs cards, and RR's for Wags.
These are the tabs I have my coupons sorted under. (Drinks/Toothpaste/Shampoo&Cond/Tampons/Air Freshener are the ones shown)
In the back are my receipts for CVS and Wags..and maybe the occasional Wal-Mart receipt.
So, how do you organize your coupons???

Our Trip Last Weekend..
...is why I haven't posted in a bit. Getting ready for the trip, then coming home and being worn out and dealing with kids who's schedules were thrown off for 3 whole days.
I didn't manage to go by a CVS while in Tennessee b/c of everything else going on. It sucks b/c there was somethingI wanted to get that isn't sold here in Alabama. *wink, wink*
We went up for hubby's work. It was a weekend of them playing things like softball, volleyball, darts, walk/run, basketball, etc. They play other TVA plants around here. I think they got 2nd place in volleyball, and didn't place in softball. They only played 3 games. Lost, Won, Lost. Normally they don't do that bad at softball, but a lot of the guys are older-ish and have knee/ankle problems. Heck, even my hubby has knee/ankle problems too, so I don't guess it's the age thing. lol.
Me, the boys, and my mom & friend all went shopping and I got lots of Tennessee Vols stuff...shoes, shirts, pants, and more.
Saturday night was the party. The theme this year was Mardi Gras. So, things were decorated with purple, green, and gold. There were beads all over the tables and we brought a bunch of them home too. Landon was being a typical 2 yr old. Running and screaming b/c he was so tired from not taking a nap, but what's new.
Eli was a pretty good baby. 'Nuf said.
We came back Sunday afternoon and have yet to really unpack everything and it's now Thursday. haha. We are just to worn out still...
I did however, go by CVS twice since I last posted, so I will post those receipts in a bit.
OH, and last week I got my first ever e-mail from CVS for $4 off of a $20 purchase! WooHoo!!!

Tuesday Ramblings
Gah, I wish Eli would just cut that tooth already! He has been so cranky lately. He's currently playing with a blow-up turtle that goes into the pool.
Landon is watching Jimmy Neutron.
I am on here doing this & reading posts on BabyCenter's Bargain Board.
I wish it was Friday already...
Oh, & I promise to post my cvs/wags deals from last Wednesday sometime today...

Monday Madness....
My grandmother & my uncle just came by around 11:30. They brought Landon some diapers and bananas. I got a Birmingham newspaper (MORE COUPONS!!!). There were a few other things as well. They stayed about an hour before they had to leave for her next dr. appointment at 2.
I managed to get Landon to say a few things for them to hear. Like please, thank you, sorry, etc. They thought it was cute, so that's all that mattered. Eli had gotten woke up when they rang the doorbell, so he was a crabby baby for a while.

Now, I wanted to post about this weekend:
Saturday night I went with my friend Megan to a "Slumber Party". Now, this isnt your typical slumber party. It is one for adult (over 18) females only! See where I'm going here? Well, they did a drawing and I got $28 worth of "goodies" for me and Michael! WooHoo! I am supposed to go to another this weekend. But, we'll have to see if Michael lets me. Haha, it's a win win situation. I get away from the screaming kids for a while and he gets, um, well...stuff to "play" with. LOL....
The website is www.slumberparties.com I believe. Over 18 ONLY!!!!
Sunday, we went to Shoney's after church. We were ordering our drinks and Landon said "Tea Please" !!!! I was so happy! And when the lady brought it, he said "thank you"!!! Go Landon! He's getting so big!!!
Oh, and last night before bed, Landon wanted to use the potty. Ok, that's good. Well, no he wanted to use the BIG potty. So, I held him so he didnt fall in. He pee'd a total of three times last night! WooHoo! In the BIG potty!!! Now, we have to get one of those rings for it so that he doesn't fall in. lol. There's one at Wal-Mart that looks like a football! Yay! Can't wait to get it!
*********************************************
I am going to post my hopeful scenarios for CVS and WAGS (Walgreens) once I get them figured out. I only have a few dollars, maybe $5 to use.. So, I've gotta stretch it goooood this week!
Check back later!

Been a long while...
..So, I know it's been quite a while since I posted, but I admit I have been on here..just doing Gizmo's blog. Yes, my cat has a blog. I am addicted to it. It is hilarious what these blogging cats have to say.
Let's see, since the last time I posted there has been Landon's 2nd Birthday party, Eli is now 5 1/2 months old, and I have taken up couponing like crazy!
I plan to keep a total on here to show how much I have saved. It has only been 3 weeks of doing it, but it's getting better by the week!!!
I am going to add pictures from the party and other stuff in more posts so this one isnt soooo long...ok...well, Don't forget to leave me some comments to motivate me to keep up my blog and not just Gizmo's!!!
P.S. I am going to be posting the things I mentioned above in other posts, just dating them for when they should have been added. Ok, done.

Daddy's Birthday & Memphis, TN
So, last minute we go to Memphis to the zoo and to Beale Street afterward. Landon loved the animals at the zoo. And Eli slept a lot of the time. It was hot and I was tired.
Here we are on Beale St. We had drinks, I nursed walking down the street, and Landon wanted a Hurricane!! He got one, but minus the alcohol!!!
My Fuzzy Leprachaun (above) & Landon's Virgin Hurricane (below).
